Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mash bananas in a large bowl, then combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
Bake in a loaf pan for roughly an hour, or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.*
Enjoy your super moist chocolate chip banana bread!
*I highly recommend using a metal loaf pan, rather than a glass or ceramic one. Both glass and ceramic pans can lead to overly crisp, dry, or burned edges.
