Super Moist Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Serves: 6-8 slices Total Time: 1 hr


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 and 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 3/4 cups brown sugar

  • 1/4 sugar

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl, then combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.

  3. Bake in a loaf pan for roughly an hour, or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.*

  4. Enjoy your super moist chocolate chip banana bread!


*I highly recommend using a metal loaf pan, rather than a glass or ceramic one. Both glass and ceramic pans can lead to overly crisp, dry, or burned edges.
