Roasted Tamari Green Beans


Plate overflowing with green beans and topped with sesame seeds.

Serves: 2-4 Total Time: 30 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 12 oz french green beans

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp tamari

  • 1/2 tbsp mirin

  • 1/2 tbsp chicken boullion powder

  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.

  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and lay the green beans down on it in a single layer. Evenly coat the beans with all of the seasonings (I suggest using tongs to do this).

  3. Roast on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy your roasted tamari green beans!
