Serves: 2-4 Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
12 oz french green beans
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 and 1/2 tbsp tamari
1/2 tbsp mirin
1/2 tbsp chicken boullion powder
sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and lay the green beans down on it in a single layer. Evenly coat the beans with all of the seasonings (I suggest using tongs to do this).
Roast on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy your roasted tamari green beans!
